I received an email about setting my password, but the website says login is unavailable. What do I do?
We're migrating from an older website system to a new one. After all the user accounts are converted, the login option will become available. If you received an email about resetting your password, you can use the link in the email to reset your password.
Everything looks different! How do I login or reset my password?
We have a new website system as of October 2025. Click the Person icon 👤 in the upper right corner of the website's menu to get to the login page. Login by using the same email as you use for your FFSC membership.
I used to login with my username, but it no longer works. How do I solve this?
Use the email associated with your FFSC account to login or to reset your password. (Our new website system doesn't support logging in with a username.)
I signed up on this website. Where did all my old info go?
The info associated with your existing (old site) account was moved to this website. If you created a new account here instead of resetting the password for your existing account, please contact us so that we can help you.
Other people can login, but I can't. What's wrong?
In October 2025, we are moving accounts from the old site to this new site. We're volunteers, and this takes a little time! If you can't login within the next day or two, please contact us for help.
Orders FAQ
I paid for an FFSC membership. Why don't I see it in my orders?
Find your membership payments in the FFSC Membership tab of your account. (Product Orders are only for T-shirts, stickers, and other physical products purchased online.)
What's the difference between the two membership options?
The "subscription" option renews your membership automatically each year (PayPal will automatically charge your payment method). The "1 Year" option does not automatically renew. See the FFSC Membership FAQ on the Why Join FFSC? page for details.
My Profile
I'm on an FFSC committee. How do I show that in my profile?
The minister in charge of your committee needs to let our website team know. Then we'll give you a badge!
How much of my profile is visible to other people?
To view your own profile, login and then visit the Public Profile tab in your account. You can control what is visible and what isn't by toggling the globe and lock icons on the Account Info tab of your account.
I don't want any of my profile to be visible to other people. How do I make it private?
(1) Go to the Account Info tab in your account. Scroll to the bottom. (2) Use the arrow to expand the Profile Privacy section. (3) Click "Make Profile Private".
My Account Pages
In the Account area, I see navigation tabs, but they are blank. What should I do?
Reload/refresh the page in your browser's navigation bar. If you don't know where the reload/refresh button is, you can use your browser's menu or keyboard shortcuts:
Safari: In Safari's menu, choose View > Reload Page. (Or press Command+R)
Chrome: In Chrome's menu, choose View > Reload This Page. (Or press Command+R on a Mac, or Ctrl+R on Windows).
Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl+R.
